The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bed sheets and pillows smelled fresh and the provided towels were white and hygienic. the location was very convenient for our city trip, as it was close to key tourist attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the 24-hour hot water service, which was a great way to start our day exploring the city.

One thing that could be improved were the bathroom amenities, as they were not well-packaged and could be presented nicer. it was a shame that there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom.

The bed is comfortable and the staff are helpful according to some guests. There were clean towels provided.

The staff was always available and very helpful 24/7. the clean rooms and comfortable bedding made for an enjoyable stay. The location was also convenient, being close to important business areas and transportation.

The main drawback was the lack of proper soundproofing, as the noise level could be quite high especially during peak traffic hours. the lighting in the rooms could be improved for a more pleasant ambiance.

The hotel is situated near the airport which is convenient for travelers. The room cleanliness is top-notch and I found the towels hygienic. The staff is attentive and courteous, always willing to help. The facilities such as lighting, TV, and AC are well-maintained creating a comfortable stay.
